Born in Honokaa, he was an equipment operator for the former Hamakua Sugar Co., irrigation worker for Hawaiian Irrigation Co. and course maintenance worker at Waimea Country Club. Jesus Jimenez “Jesse” Caspillo, 52, of Mountain View died Feb. 25 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kaunakakai, Molokai, he was an electrician for T&T Electric. Araminta “Minnie” Ellen Clifton, 90, of Pahoa died March 10 at home. Born in South Dakota, she was a homemaker and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Waikahe Ward.
