Dorothy Louise Aguinaldo, 81, of Honomu died Feb. 19 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Hilo, she was a retired housekeeper for Life Care Center of Hilo and member of Honomu Good Shepherd Mission. Memorial Mass 10 a.m. Friday (March 13) at Honomu Good Shepherd Mission, 28-3518 Honomu Ln. Casual attire. Aston-Josh H. Alfiler, 33, of Papaaloa died Dec. 28 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, he was a skilled warehouse laborer for Integrated Construction, Inc.-Paul’s Electric. Annette Hinauluohia Haleakala Coats, 72, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 21 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Wailuku, Maui, she was a secretary for a construction company and Peace Corps volunteer. Wilfred S. Gono, 77, of Kaneohe, Oahu, formerly of Hawaii Island, died Feb. 25 at home. Born in Honolulu, he worked for Waikiki Beach Press and state Harbors Division and was a U.S. Army veteran. Graveside committal service 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. Visitation 3-4 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe. Celebration of life at 4 p.m. Aloha attire; no flowers. Ernest “Sharkey” Ikawa, 88, of Hilo died Jan. 26 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was retired from the state Highways Division and worked for Jas W. Glover, Ltd. and M&E Pacific, Ltd. (3 yrs.) as a civil engineer, was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran and member of Hawaii Government Employees Association. Private services held. Survived by son, John (Yvette) Ikawa of Hilo; daughters, April Hill of Hilo, Carrie Ikawa and Cheryl (Kaiser) Toomalu of Honolulu; seven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; cousins, nieces and nephews. Kiyomi Yamamato, 98, of Honolulu died Feb. 9 at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Kohala, he was a U.S. Army veteran of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Co. G. Private services. Lang Rila Zedkeia, 62, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 4 at Maui Memorial Hospital. Born in Majuro, Marshall Islands, he was a senior lineman for MEC, an electric company. Viewing and all-night vigil noon Friday (March 13) 2020 at Calvary Hillside Church in Waimea. Funeral service 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday (March 14). Casual attire.
