Hailee-Jane Black, also known as Kimberly M. Fraser, 35, of Kailua-Kona, died Jan. 8 in Kailua-Kona. Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, she was part owner of Video Showplace, a waitress, cocktail server, boat crew member, bank teller, office administrator and founding member of Malama I Na Keiki Hanai, serving as secretary for the nonprofit.
