Police seek missing Hilo man

Police are seeking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 58-year-old Hilo man.

David Ratcliff was last seen Jan. 16 in the Wainaku area of Hilo.

He is described as 5-foot-8-inches tall, 155 pounds with blue eyes and thinning light brown hair that is long in the back and kept in a ponytail.

According to police, Ratcliff always wears a baseball cap and either a long-sleeved shirt or jacket and he may be in need of medications.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
