Police are investigating an agricultural theft in Hilo on Feb 1.
At about 9:15 p.m. that evening, two men entered a property on Stainback Highway and took 18 durians and other fruit. According to police, the value of the stolen fruit is about $1,000.
Anyone with information about the incident or knows the identity of the suspects is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
