Jeye Kulamanu Hiwahiwa Tam Moore, 82, of Hilo died Dec. 23 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was retired from civil service as a court reporter for the U.S. Air Force, guardian ad litem for the foster youth care system in Hilo, U.S Air Force veteran, member of the ‘Ula La Red Hat Society and Sure Foundation Church, and Castle High School Class of 1955 alumna.
