KAILUA-KONA — Police do not suspect foul play in the death of a 34-year-old Kailua-Kona woman whose body was found Wednesday evening in a Kealakehe home.

Lucille Arboleda, who was the subject of a missing persons bulletin and search Tuesday afternoon involving police, fire, family and friends on the ground and in the air, was found deceased in an abandoned home shortly before 5 p.m.

The Hawaii Police Department Criminal Investigations Sections confirmed Wednesday morning that police do not suspect foul play in the case. The investigation is ongoing.

Arboleda was reported missing by her father on Sunday night after she went for a walk at about 10 a.m. that day and hadn’t returned. The father said his daughter usually goes on walks every day, but normally returns three to four hours later, according to police.
