UH-Hilo’s volleyball team took care of business on the road, finishing 5-0 in Northern California, with a full helping from the ever-reliable Beale.
The junior outside hitter smacked 70 kills – including 20 apiece against Fresno Pacific and Notre Dame de Namur – and was named Pacific West Conference player of the week.
On the season, the Eastvale, Calif., native is first in the PacWest in kills (207) and second in points (4.18).
