Kaiulani Pomaikai Kinchoy, 11, of Waimea died July 21 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. She was a student at Waimea Elementary School and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Waimea Chapel. June Nakayama, 54, of Kailua-Kona died July 23 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Fort Ord, Calif., she was a financial specialist for the Transportation Security Administration. Stanley Shoichi Namaye, 89, of Hilo, formerly of Kaneohe, Oahu, died July 29 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Wailuku, Maui, he was a retired vice president of Finance Factors, worked at Prime Kine Inc., was a member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin and a U.S. Air Force veteran during the Korean War. Eli Wyndam Keown Peck, 31, of Keaau died July 19 at home. Born in Stamford, Conn., he was a seeker of love, truth and peace. Yolanda Wery Silva, 72, of Medford, Ore., died July 20 at Providence Medical Center. Born in Hilo, she was a retired branch office administrator for Edward Jones. Harue Suefuji, 93, of Papaikou died June 9 at Dania’s Senior Home in Canoga Park, Calif. Born in Hilo, she was a stenographer for Hawaii County Clerk. Private service held. Survived by daughter, Lynne Harris of Woodland Hills, Calif.; sons, Raymond Suefuji Jr. and Cary (Grace) Suefuji of Papaikou; sisters, Mitzi Nakano and Margaret Morita of Hilo; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Kinuyo Sugimoto, 87, died July 23 in Gardena, Calif. Born in Hilo, she was a professional florist and food services caterer for the airline industry. Private memorial services. No flowers. Memorial donations to Japanese Cultural Institute (JCI) in Gardena. Survived by her daughters, a son and grandchildren. Arrangements by Green Hills Mortuary and Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
