Latu “Valengi” Seletute Kalekale Tesi Kahumoku, 74, of Kailua-Kona died June 24 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale. Born in Nukualofa, Tonga, she was a retired housekeeper at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and member of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Wake service 6-9 p.m. Thursday, July 18, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Kona Temple on Kalani Street in Kailua-Kona. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Friday, July 19, at the temple. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial noon at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire; flowers welcome.
