Hawaii County launched a website Wednesday as a way to provide continual updates on the state of ongoing Kilauea recovery efforts.

Replacing a previous recovery webpage on the county website, the new site includes resources for those seeking housing, an updated timeline for future efforts, and information about lava flow zones, road access, events during the eruption, and more.

Users can use the website to sign up for automatic updates to be notified of upcoming events and receive recovery newsletters.

“We’re excited to give the community a more dynamic resource to access accurate information about recovery,” said recovery manager Diane Ley in a statement. “This is going to be a long process and a two-way flow of communication will help foster continued collaboration.”

The site can be accessed at recovery.hawaiicounty.gov.
