Lisa Tsugie Cabudol, 64, of Naalehu died April 17 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was a librarian at Naalehu Public Library, Pahala Public and School Library, formerly employed at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and member of Naalehu Hongwanji Mission. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at Naalehu Hongwanji Mission. Memorial service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by husband, Audie Cabudol of Naalehu; daughters, Brynn (Francis) Alcain of Hilo and Erinn (Damien Quirit) Cabudol of Naalehu; son, Chase Cabudol of Naalehu; sister, Jann Nakamura of Hilo; five grandchildren; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Jenny Diaz, 66, of Pahoa died June 15 in Pahoa. Born in Baton Rouge, La., she was a retired teacher from Coyote Valley Elementary School in Hidden Valley Lake, Calif., and member of California Teachers Association. Private services. Rose Dias Gusman, 90, of Ewa Beach, Oahu, formerly of Honokaa, died May 22 in Waipahu, Oahu. Born in Haina, Honokaa, she was a factory worker for the former Hawaiian Holiday Macadamia Nut Co. and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Holy Name Society. Visitation 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Family remembrance program at 9:30 a.m. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Honokaa Catholic Cemetery. William Kanoa, 82, of Lawton, Okla., formerly of Laupahoehoe, died June 13 in Lawton. Born in Kapoho, he was a retired U.S. Army sergeant 1st class. Services held at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Oklahoma. Survived by wife, Dorothy J. Kanoa of Lawton; daughters, Llena Kanoa of Lawton, Iolani Vasquez of Fort Worth, Texas, and Jacki (Darrell) Barron of West Melbourne, Fla.; sons, Jayden Kanoa of Lawton, Paul Kanoa of Round Rock, Texas, and Jim Vinson of Omaha, Neb.; brothers, Albert Kanoa, Lawrence Kanoa and Charles Kanoa; sisters, Florence Fukui, Jeanne Naces, Beatrice Dela Cruz, Mildred Yamanouchi, Carol Oshiro and Joyce Alfiler; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert Yut Kwai Lee, 93, of Volcano died June 12 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Kapaau, he was a retired vegetable farmer and worked for the former Kohala Sugar Co. Nobuo “Mike” Matsui, 91, of Hilo died May 28 at home. Born in Kealakekua, he was a retired supervisor for Pacific Machinery, U.S. Army World War II veteran, postal clerk in the Marshall Islands, delivery person for the former Honolulu Advertiser and self-employed handyman. Jeffrey “Jeff” Jamar Middleton, 71, of North Kohala died June 17 at home.
