The National Association of Residential Property Managers East Hawaii Chapter recently installed its new officers during an event at the Hilo Yacht Club.

Installed as officers for 2019 were Ritchie Henderson, president; Kevin Aoki, vice president; Linda Lodge, secretary; and Cynthia Schimpf, treasurer. Conducting the installation were Darlene Higa, state of Hawaii ambassador from Oahu, and Charlene Minor, Pacific Region vice president, from Atlanta.

NARPM continues to be the premier professional association of residential property managers, currently representing more than 5,200 members comprised of real estate agents, brokers, managers and their employees. The organizations promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism and fair housing practice.

The association also certifies its members in the standards and practices of the residential property management industry and promotes continuing professional education.
