Edward Fuk Loy Chang, 94, of Hilo died April 15 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Wailuku, Maui, he was retired purchasing agent for the former C. She was a surgical nurse at the former Hilo Hospital and Kohala Hospital, worked at the George Washington Medical/Surgical Unit and George Washington Health Plan and was a hospice nurse at Capital Caring.
