Patricia Maulding Aeder, 91, of Kailua-Kona died Oct. 12, 2017, at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Born in Silverton, Ore., she was a homemaker. Inurnment at Silverton Cemetery in Oregon. Survived by sons, Mark Aeder of Ocean View, Kirk (Nita) Aeder of Waikoloa and Erik (Bonni) Aeder of Maui; a granddaughter; nieces and nephews. Robert Donald Aeder, 93, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 28 at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Pamela Midori Kamei, 54, of Pahala died April 8 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Pahala, she was an elementary school teacher. Private services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Kenichi Kunimitsu, 89, of Hilo died May 2 at home. Born on Oahu, he was a retired crop control supervisor for the former Mauna Kea and Waialua Sugar companies, former deacon at First United Protestant Church, member of the Orchid Island Dance Club, Kolekole softball team and U.S. Army veteran during the Korean War.
