Chenoa Frederick • track and field

No surprise here.

It’s become an annual rite of spring.

Frederick, a Kamehameha junior, was phenomenal again in becoming the first three-time honoree in this space since the inception of the award in 2015.

As versatile as she is explosive, Frederick added four more gold medals last weekend on Maui at the HHSAA track and field championships, giving her eight and counting for her career
