Thomas “Tommy” Kaluna Chang, 77, of Hilo died April 17 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a heavy equipment operator with Hawaiian Dredging and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Memorial mass at 10 a.m. followed by urn committal services at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Survived by wife, Alicia “Tiny” Chang of Hilo; daughters, Tammy K. (Melvin “Abu”) Yamamoto of Honolulu, Tanya K. “Keawe” (Jack Freitas) Chang of Kula, Maui, Tracy K. Sarapio Dellipou, 66, of Keaau died March 21 at Queen’s Medical Center. Born in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, he was a carpenter and member of Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mitsuko “Mitsi” Isono, 91, of Hilo died April 17 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Papaaloa, she was retired from Marriott International Food Service at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Rally Tolentino, 84, of Waimea died March 23 at his residence. Born in Waimea, he was a retired truck driver for the state of Hawaii Highway Division, worked as a fence line worker for Parker Ranch, was a volleyball coach for Parks and Recreation Waimea and a member of Puukapu Kupuna and Waimea Paniolo Softball.
