Police are seeking leads on a 28 year old Pepeekeo man wanted in an auto theft and resisting order to stop investigation, as well as on outstanding warrants.
Robert N. Navor Jr. is described as 5-feet-10 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Pepeekeo and Keaukaha areas.
