Marks K. Auwae, 68, of Hilo died Jan. 8 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a Puna Geothermal Venture employee and U.S. Army veteran. Private services held. Survived by daughter, Noelani (Sagan Bartlett) Flannagin; brothers, Henry (Jerry) Auwae, Allen “Ipo” (Riva) Auwae and Charles Kalani Auwae; sisters, Maile Mauhili, Henrietta (Johnny) Miranda, Mary Leialoha and Charlotte (Bono) Keo; brother-in-law, Norman Kema; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Haleloke “Hale” Goo, 82, of Hilo died Feb. 28 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, she was a food and beverage manager for the former Hilo Lagoon Hotel. No services. Survived by sons, Marcus (Joye) Goo and Darrel Goo of Hilo; daughters, Laurene (Brian) Simeona and Myrna Goo of Hilo, Janice Goo of Keaau; brother, Ronald (Jennie) Halualani of San Mateo, Calif.; eight grandchildren; great-grandchildren. Roydeen “Dee” Klocko, 81, of Enid, Okla., formerly of Waimea and Paauilo, died March 9 in Enid. Born in Serene, Colo., she was a former member of Waikoloa Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
