Magnifica makes its first Hilo stop

The crew and the first 1,000 of about 2,300 passengers received lei from Destination Hilo volunteers Feb. 16 as they disembarked from the cruise ship MSC Magnifica in Hilo’s port. This was the ship’s first stop ever in Hawaii on a new route that includes Hilo and Honolulu. The lei were provided by the Hawaii tourism industry.
