Olga Brockway, 92, of Keaau died Dec. 20 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Wallingford, Conn., she was a homemaker and member of Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday (Jan. 31) at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Survived by daughter, Karen Ghen of Pahoa; sons, Robert (Cynthia) Brockway Jr. of Las Vegas and David Brockway of Florida; sister, Rita Maio of Florida; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Philip John Jocson Sr., 83, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 21 at home. Born in Haiku, Maui, he was a tour bus driver for Gray Line Hawaii, musician in The Four of Us and Phil and Dave, property manager for White Sands Village and member of Monday Senior Bowling League Poi Bowlers and Thursday Park and Recreation Bowling League, Keaalakehe High School bowling coach and member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Visitation 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at The Hub Church (formerly Solid Rock Ministries), Kaahumanu Plaza in Kailua-Kona. Celebration of life at 11 a.m. Casual attire. Opura Halley Mo‘o Sr., 79, of Waimea died Jan. 16. William Earle Wagstaff, 87, of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 25. Born in San Francisco, he was an arborist and U.S. Army veteran.
