Police have identified a man who died Friday after his pickup truck ran off the road on Mamaloa Highway (Highway 11) in Captain Cook as 30-year-old Jason Andrew Becerril of Keaau.
His death is the second official traffic fatality of 2019, compared to none at the same time last year.
