William “Bull” Kaleo Cabuag Jr., 55, of Hilo died Jan. 1 at home. Born in Honolulu, he was a stone-wall mason and Campbell High School alum. Joseph Feliciano Enriques, 61, of Kurtistown died Nov. 10 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo and raised in Pahala, he was a retired member of Operating Engineers Local No. 3, truck driver for numerous local companies including Hawaiian Dredging, Pacific Construction on Oahu, Hawaiian Cement, Isemoto Contracting and Hawaii Petroleum and 1975 graduate of Ka‘u High School. Born in Waipio Valley, and was a retired truck driver for the former Pacific Cement and Hawaiian Cement companies, member of Living Waters Assembly of God Church and U.S. Army veteran.
