Timothy Jerome Beaver, 58, died Nov. 10. Born in Oakland, Calif., he was owner-operator of Aloha Food Service in Hilo. Celebration of life 4 p.m. Monday (Nov. 19) at One Gallery, 186 Kamehameha Ave. in downtown Hilo. Survived by wife, Deborah Beaver; daughter, Kimberly Beaver; son, James Beaver; four grandchildren.

Sydney Louise Byrnes-Chun, 85, of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 4 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Ridgewood, N.J., she was an employment agency owner and member of Kona Citizens Club. Services held and ashes scattered by Keauhou Canoe Club. Survived by son, Warner Glassford of Los Angeles; daughters, Zedena (Martin) Kelemen of Kailua-Kona, Lovelia (Patrick) Tamez of Oahu and Dawn Bankson of Ocean Shores, Wash.; brother, Frank Byrnes III of Oahu; sister, Bobee Kjellin of Vista, Calif.; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Nazarene “Naz” Peter Deuibar, 59, of Ocean View died Oct. 20 at home. Born in Ewa, Oahu, he was a construction worker, deckhand, stage and lighting technician and caregiver. Dorothy Kuilehua Wilson Sipe, 86, of Holualoa died Nov. 8 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was a merchandise manager for the former Liberty House, bartender at the former Kona Sunset Lanai and member of St. Michael’s Parish.
