Police: Wanted man ‘unstable’ and ‘flight risk’

Hawaii Police Department’s Special Enforcement Unit is actively seeking Theodore Kahuilani Casuga, a 44-year-old man wanted on an arrest warrant for allegedly violating paro1e.

Casuga, who frequents Kona, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds. Police said he should be considered unstable and a flight risk.

Police remind the public that anyone who helps a wanted fugitive could be arrested and charged with hindering prosecution.

Anyone with information about Casuga’s whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
