Police have charged a 55-year-old Puna man with sexual offenses in connection with an assault reported on Dec. 30.
Keith Kapena Hulihee, who was the subject of a police wanted bulletin, was charged Wednesday with second-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree sexual assault for the incident which is said to have occurred in the Volcano area.
His bail was set at $30,000 and he is scheduled to make his initial court appearance this afternoon.
