Dale Kiyoshi Ishiyama, 58, of Hilo died July 3 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a county accountant, worked at Carpet Isle and was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Wednesday (July 19) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Tomiko Kato Mine, 93, of Hilo died July 9 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Wallace “Wally” Kolehe Pascual, 60 of Riceboro, Ga., formerly of Hilo, died June 14 at Hospice of Savannah in Savannah, Ga. Born in Hilo, he was a farmer, fence installer and truck driver.
