The grand prize is a “Zip for Two” zipline experience courtesy of our friends at Umauma Falls and Zipline, valued at $300.
Here’s how to enter:
1. Follow the Tribune-Herald on Instagram.
2. Post a picture of someone reading the Tribune-Herald or using the newspaper in an interesting, funny or creative way. The Tribune-Herald must be clearly visible in the photo. Use the hashtags #808Trib and #HawaiiTribuneHerald.
3. Tag the Tribune-Herald and two friends when you post.
In the May 11, May 18 and May 25 issues of Island Beat, the Tribune-Herald’s weekly entertainment section, we’ll publish three of our favorite reader-posted pictures, which will be selected by the Tribune-Herald’s editor and photographer. These will be finalists for the grand prize.
On June 1, we’ll publish the winning photo, which will be the winner of the “Zip for Two” adventure.
Now for the fine print: Your Instagram account must be public to be eligible to win, and the grand prize winner will be contacted directly through Instagram. You must be 18 or older to win, and Tribune-Herald employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. By participating, you consent to have your reader-posted photo appear in the Tribune-Herald.
