The Coordinated Services for the Elderly Program of the county Elderly Activities Division regularly issues ID cards for seniors 60 years and older at the Aging and Disability Resource Center in Hilo.

Staff also will issue cards at the following off-site locations in August:

• 1-3 p.m. Monday, Kamana Senior Center, Hilo.

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Kmart, Kailua-Kona.

• 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Pahoa Senior Center.

• 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Hale Hau‘oli Senior Center, Honokaa.

• 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Keaau Community Center.

• 9-11 a.m. Aug. 8, St. Jude’s Church, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.

• 9-11 a.m. Aug. 8, CSE (old Bank of Hawaii building), Kohala.

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 9, Wal-Mart, Kailua-Kona.

• 9-11 a.m. Aug. 9, L. Yoshimatsu Senior Center, Waimea.

• 1-3 p.m. Aug. 17, Kamana Senior Center.

• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 24, West Hawaii Civic Center, Building B, Kailua-Kona.

• 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 24, Papaaloa Country Store &Cafe.

The Coordinated Services main office hours are 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located at 1055 Kinoole St., Suite 106.
