Library closing for triathlon
The Kailua-Kona Public Library will be closed on Saturday, Oct. 13, because of the 2012 Ironman Triathlon World Championship event. The book drops will remain open. The facility is located on Hualalai Road, which is among the road closures for the triathlon.
The library will reopen on Monday, one of its normally closed days, to compensate for the Oct. 13 closure.
