Raymond “Lana” Kaulana Na Pua O Hawai‘i Rowe Jr., 65, of Keaukaha died Jan. 16 at home. Born in Keaukaha, he was a retired Hawaii Fire Department battalion chief, spent most of his career in Search and Rescue at Waiakea station, was among the first to be awarded by the Sayre Foundation, was an athlete, Junior Olympian volleyball player and devoted father and grandfather.
