Kona man charged with failure to register as sex offender
Police have arrested and charged a 77-year-old Kailua-Kona man with four counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
Bail for Peter Masi Jr. was set at $10,000 and he was scheduled to make his initial appearance Friday in Kona District Court.
