Survived by husband Wayne Burnham of San Antonio; children Dustin (Nicole) Guerpo-Chun of Japan, Sara (Bryce) Uyehara of Texas and Chaz (Ruby) Burnham of Texas; stepchildren Tabby Souza of Texas and Wayne (Virginia) Burnham III of Kan.; sisters Sandy (Ronald) Jyo of Kamuela and Jessica (Jimmy) Keala of Ariz.; stepbrothers Jeffrey (Roxy) Guerpo of Honolulu, Clinton (Jessica) Guerpo of Honolulu and Felix (Danette) Guerpo of Waikoloa; stepsisters Rhonda Guerpo of Puna and Cy Cabreros of Honokaa; brothers-in-law Richard (Carolyn) Burnham and Chris Burnham, both of Calif.; sisters-in-law Merlynn Klumann and Lenore (David) Ward, both of Calif.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Helen Whitecar Henderson, 104, of Kapaau, died Oct. 19 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Los Angeles, she was a homemaker and retired secretary for Kaimuki Christian Church. No services planned at this time. Survived by sons Dennis (Doreen) Henderson of Honolulu, Greig (Bee) Henderson of Kapaau and Stuart (Phyllis) Henderson of Nev.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dean W. Manley, 89, of Hilo, died Oct. 22 at home. Born in Michigan, he was a retired machinist and electrical technician for the Hawaii Tribune-Herald. Private services held. James Roger South, 72, of Kailua-Kona, died Oct. 21 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Pasadena, Calif., he was a sales representative for Kona Mountain Coffee, a retired music teacher and a musician. Services to be announced at a later date. Paulette Carmen Ward, 73, of Kailua-Kona, died Oct. 20 at Kona Community Hospital. Survived by son Douglas Ward III of Kailua-Kona; brothers Phillip (Sherry) Cabreros of Mich. and Timmy (Joann) Cabreros of Paauilo; sister-in-law Cy Cabreros of Honolaa; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
