Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Jason Oharra, who was reported as a runaway on July 20.

Oharra was last seen on Kinoole Street in Hilo, but may be in the area of Pahoa Road in Nanawale Estates in lower Puna.

Oharra is described as 5-foot-10-inches tall, 150 pounds, with a fair complexion, short light brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black collared shirt, grey shorts, and red shoes.

Anyone with information on Oharra’s whereabouts is asked to call the department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
