Police seek wanted man

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 28-year-old man wanted for questioning in connection to a theft that occurred Jan. 2 in Hilo.

Gavin K. Calicdan is also wanted on an arrest warrant for failing to appear in court Dec. 2 in a felony drug case.

He’s described as about 5-foot-9 inches tall, 195 pounds, with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Calicdan’s whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
