Shoppers hunt for bargains Thursday during the Hilo Public Library Fall Book Sale.

There’s a special bargain price on Saturday, with all the books you can fit into your own recyclable bag for $5. The sale is sponsored by Friends of the Hilo Public Library and organized and staffed by nearly 50 volunteers.
