Domestic violence awareness rally
Family, friends and supporters wave signs Thursday along Highway 11 by Waiakea Center in Hilo to bring awareness to domestic violence and in memory of Jolene Kapua-Allison, who was shot to death in a murder-suicide on Sunday by her husband, police officer Christopher R. Kapua-Allison.
