Alleged bank robber back in custody

Police have apprehended a 58-year-old bank robbery suspect prosecutors say was apparently released by mistake Jan. 26 from Hawaii Community Correctional Center.

Anthony Louis Gover was arrested without incident at a business establishment in Hilo, police said.

He is being held without bail in the Hilo cellblock pending his initial appearance Wednesday afternoon in Hilo Circuit Court.

    Held without bail? Maybe we should implement the no bail clause on people who shoot at cops, or try to run down cops with their cars, or anyone with the last name Krause…
