A structure fire was reported Friday in a single story structure in Pahoa.
Nobody was inside the vacant building when responders arrived at 11 a.m. to the Uilani Drive location, the Hawaii Fire Department said in press release. It was extinguished by 11:30 a.m. Loss estimates in the $100,000 single-family dwelling were $12,800.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
