Police confiscated drugs and cash and made three arrests Monday after executing a search warrant at a Kalaoa, Kona, residence that, according to neighbors, is a drug house.
Officers reportedly confiscated almost 4 grams of suspected black-tar heroin, three syringes thought to contain heroin, 0.4 of a gram of suspected crystal methamphetamine and $870 in cash for forfeiture.
Arrested at the scene were 30-year-old Ashley Safa and 28-year-old Dylan Brehaut, who live at the house, and 32-year-old Nicholas Catlett of Kailua-Kona.
Safa was charged with three counts of third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and a single count of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $30,250.
Brehaut and Catlett were released pending further investigation on suspicion of promotion of dangerous drugs, but Brehaut was charged with violating his probation and his bail was set at $10,000
Safa and Brehaut made their initial appearances Tuesday in Kona District Court.
