Wanted man turns himself in

A 37-year-old suspect wanted in an attempted murder investigation in Ka‘u turned himself in to police Friday for the incident that allegedly occurred Monday in Pahala.

Nathan Cakin, who was the subject of a police bulletin, is being detained in the Kealakehe police cellblock while detectives investigate.
