Highway 11 intersection delays expected

Drivers can expect delays at the Highway 11 intersection of Keaau-Pahoa Road and the Shipman Park entrance today between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Hawaii County Department of Public Works is replacing the traffic signal controller cabinet during this time.

The traffic signals will be shut down for the four-hour time period, with off-duty police officers directing traffic movement.
