Police are seeking leads on a missing 55-year-old Pahoa man last seen July 28, 2014, at Hilo District Court.
Andre Brown is described as African-American, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and with tattoos of “DRE” on
his upper left shoulder and swords on his right chest area.
