Police are looking for a 45-year-old man wanted on a bench warrant for contempt of court.

Tirino Balik is also wanted for questioning in a violation of court order investigation. He is described as 5-foot-5, 180 pounds with brown eyes and graying black hair. His last known address was in Ocean View but he is known to frequent Hoʻokena Beach Park.
