Food drive in high gear

Crescent City Lions Club members, from left, Sharon Sakoda, Carol Kubojiri, Ryler Nishimoto, Lisa Tokuyoshi, Cecile Barash, Kauila Haumea and Carl Barash collected nonperishable food and monetary donations for the Food Basket recently at KTA Puainako in Hilo. The Lions Club plans to continue its food drive on the first Saturday of every month through the end of the year.
