Contractors honor students
The Hawaii Island Contractors’ Association and its co-sponsors, Bank of Hawaii and HPM Building Supply, awarded three $750 scholarships to second-year Hawaii Community College students in June during the HICA Installation Banquet at the Naniloa Poly Room.
The 2015-16 scholarship recipients are Justin Ferreira, a diesel mechanics major, and carpentry majors Ronald Dalare and Lehre Vidal.
