Zoo to celebrate Christmas Dec. 7

Folks of all ages are invited to join the Friends of the Zoo Animal Enrichment Team in spreading some “Christmas Aloha at the Zoo” on Saturday, Dec. 7.

“We’ll meet at the Primadome at 9 a.m. and watch volunteers give Christmas gifts to all of our furry and feathered friends who live at the Panaewa Rainforest Zoo & Gardens,” said spokeswoman Nina Bremer.

“The public is invited to bring cameras and share in the spirit of giving to all of our beloved critters,” Bremer said.
