The Hilo Downtown Improvement Association’s annual general membership meeting will be held the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the lobby of the Palace Theater.
Activities will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a fun speed networking social activity and refreshments, with the meeting to convene at 6:30 p.m. A brief annual review of activities will be given and the main order of business will be for members to elect new directors for the board.
