UHH offers fitness class
The University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Continuing Education and Community Service reminds the public that registration is under way for its spring “Fitness for Life” classes. These noncredit classes are open to anyone in the community.
“This is a great way to try something different in an environment that is safe and fun,” said CCECS Program Coordinator Dori Yamada. “Learn to play the taiko drum, try your hand at screenwriting, discover the world of biofuels or participate in one of the many exercise and movement classes from Zumba to Pilates to hip hop.”
For more information, the class schedule, and to register, contact CCECS at 974-7664 or go online to http://hilo.hawaii.edu/academics/ccecs/fitness/.
