Free retreat offers hope to cancer patients
Dealing with a cancer diagnosis?
You are invited to a Special Group Retreat of Hope and Empowerment Monday through Friday, Oct. 22-26, at the Kokolulu Farm Cancer Retreats in Hawaii facility in Hawi.
Karin Cooke, RN, a cancer guide, life coach and cancer survivor, will coordinate the retreat. She will share the Kokolulu philosophy that embraces all modalities of medicine in the treatment of cancer.
“By combining Western, Eastern and integrative methods, a synergy is often achieved in healing that cannot be accomplished in embracing just one or two medicinal modalities,” Cooke said.
The retreat is offered at no charge to Big Island residents. Reservations are required. For information and to register, please call 889-9893 or e-mail lew@kokolulu.com. For more details, visit cancer-retreats.org.
Kokolulu Farm and Cancer Retreats Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit public charity organization (01-0954321) that provides education and charitable assistance to those affected by cancer by providing holistic healing retreats, research publications, and sharing tools that empower participants to take charge of their own healing journey.
